My friends and I will practise our clinical skills together once a week to prepare ourselves for our final exam at the end of this year. One fine morning, we went crazy (probably due to stress) and while doing practising our rectal examination skills, we took a picture of the hole where we had to insert our fingers into it and do a 360 degrees sweep before taking out our fingers.
We then took a macro view of the hole.
We took a picture of Diana getting ready to insert her finger into the hole after putting on the gloves and lubricant.
Zhi Wei managed to kiss the sexy ass. haha
Last but not least,
We bullied our simulated patient. haha

Life is full of summative tests and End Of System examinations
It was just 2 months ago that I sat for my summative test ( Cardiovascular system and respiratory system). In 1 week time, I will be sitting for my Mock Objective Summative Clinical Examination. In 2 weeks time, I will be sitting for my summative test again (Haematology system and Gastrointestinal System). Then, in 1 month time, I will be sitting for my End Of System examination which includes all the 4 systems. To make life busier, I have Objective Summative Clinical Examination for 2 days right after my End Of System examination. In between my 'all about tests and examinations' life, I have to do my clinical rotation at Kuala Kubu Baru hospital for a week. Just before starting the next semester next year, I have to do my elective at Sarawak General Hospital for 3 weeks.

Homecook during the weekend
For the past few weekends, my friends and I tried cooking for dinner instead of going out to eat for dinner. =D Not to say that we can cook very well. In fact, we can barely cook. haha Anyway, I am just posting up the dishes that we had cooked.
Emperor Chicken
We marinated the chicken
We wrapped it up
We steamed it
Nicole's favourite chai sim
Two layered santan jelly (Total DISASTER)
It was our first time trying to make santan jelly. Despite being our first time, we were so ambitious that we wanted to make more than one layer. We were supposed to put the santan as the top layer but we did it the other way round because we did not know.
It looked fine to eat but when we tried to eat it, it was the worst jelly we had ever tasted before.
We just could not go on eating it anymore so we started to serve our jelly to friends as we wanted to see their first expression after taking a bite of it. haha
Well, in the end, it was more than half gone and we threw it away.

Mixed vegetables
Healthy soup (No monosodium glutamate)

A Night in Klang
After spending the whole week 2 weeks here on cardiovascular system, we finally went for a dinner at Klang last night. It was about a half an hour drive from my place to Klang. When we reached there, there were so many bak kut teh shops to choose. We chose the shop called 'Aeroplane' if you translate it from cantonese.
In the car
There were so many people
Dry Bak Kut Teh
Bak Kut Teh
Vegetables
The Bak Kut Teh was nice and the price was reasonable. It was rm143 at first for 11 of us. Then, Johnson managed to bargain with the aunty till rm132. Haha! We decided to eat sate after eating bak kut teh.
Kajang Sate in Klang
It was such a big bowl of kuah for the 3 of us
Agnes and I
We shared a cup of ABC. The ABC didn't taste like the ABC in Kuching. They even put peanuts in it. Nicole and I still prefer the ABC in Kuching. =D Hehe

Back for a new semester
I was so sad to leave Kuching yesterday morning. I was supposed to go back to Kuching on the 23rd of May but in the end, I booked a new air ticket to go back on the 13th of May. I did not reconfirm my flight after ignoring the first air ticket so when I wanted to check in yesterday, I almost went into their waiting list. Luckily the flight was not full. Thank god. My flight was delayed to 910am instead of 820am and due to that, the taxi driver whom I have booked could not pick me at KLIA. In the end, I had to use another taxi to go back to Vista Komanwel. When I reached my place, I had to clean up my dusty room. It took me so long to clean up. Amanda came to find me after that and we went to Carrefour together to eat dinner at Esquire Kitchen. We did some groceries shopping too after that.
Lemon chicken
Esquire bean curd
At night, Rachel picked me to have dinner again at Cheras with her other two friends from UCSI. We went to tesco after that and I did groceries shopping again. I haven't shop for groceries for more than a month. Haha After dropping her friends back, both of us went for supper at sri petaling. Yeah, yesterday was probably the last day of me being so free to go out that way. It is time for me to study hard again.
Laici juice is good for health. haha

Chicken pies
When I was studying in St Teresa, Grace used to help me to buy these chicken pie from her mum's school because the lady used to go there to sell them. Then, when I was studying in St Joseph, I used to rush down from class during recess to buy them because the lady will sell them there even till now. The last time I ate these chicken pies was last year. It has been a year. While I was studying in IMU, i kept thinking of these chicken pies. Haha! Today, after one year of not eating these chicken pies, I bought 20 of them this morning to eat.

Bako National Park
Few days ago, I went to Bako National Park with my friends. We wanted to take the petra jaya bus (rm2 per person) there from the open air market but we missed it. In the end, we decided to take a van (rm10 per person) there instead because we did not want to wait for another hour for the next petra jaya bus to arrive. haha It was faster and we reached there at the same time as the petra jaya bus that we missed. The entrance fee was rm10 and the boat trip was rm94 per boat for a return trip.
Boat jetty
It was not 100% safe when I saw this sign
Fisherman boat
Candid shot. haha
Beautiful stones
We finally reached the place after about 15 minutes ride.
The monkeys welcomed us. haha
We had to register ourselves at the registration office before going to the different trails.
Bryan with his middle finger. lol Imagine this future doctor showing this to his future patients. haha
We were lucky enough to get to see this bearded wild boar.
We wanted to see proboscis monkeys and the beach so we took the Tanjung Paku trail.
It was 1.6km.
Gerald said this was an animal pornography
Pokok nibung (see all the sharp thorns on the trunk)
We chose 3 trails (Teluk Paku, Teluk Pandan Besar and Teluk Pandan Kecil) and registered ourselves under those 3 trails. Considering the stamina that Pauline and I have, we were so exhausted and we felt like dying after going through the first trail. haha! We ended up sitting in the canteen instead.
As I was walking back to the boat jetty, I saw this
Fresh, hot and moist (I think it was from the monkey)
We managed to catch the petra jaya bus to go back. It was indeed a great day. haha
